Purchases and Payment
It is the responsibility of the the customer to provide ExpressLingeries.com with complete and accurate details when making purchases. ExpressLingeries.com is not liable if incorrect information is provided at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order, or return of lost stock will be the responsibility of the customer.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. ExpressLingeries.com is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.
Payment is processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can select their payment method.
Customers will receive an invoice confirming their order once ExpressLingeries.com has received payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by ExpressLingeries.com, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.
Discount Codes, Sales & Promotions
Price discounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Further, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in Queensland.
In the event that a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the receiver, there will be an attempt for re-delivery. If a re-delivery is unable to arranged, the parcel will be destroyed or abandoned by shipping authorities. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or that are refused.
ExpressLingeries.com takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and customer account.
ExpressLingeries.com reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.
ExpressLingeries.com is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.
14 Day Returns Policy
Sometimes things don’t work out and we get it. That's why we have a flexible return policy.
At the end of the day, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. So, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Keep reading to find out what qualifies.
All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all clothing tags attached (if applicable) and with all original packaging.
To initiate a returns request:
Go to our Contact Us page and send us a message including your order number.
We will respond to your request promptly and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for completing the return.Please NOTE that a $5 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds upon approval of the return. If we've sent you an item in error (wrong product, wrong colour, wrong size), this fee will be waived.
Your return will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the guidelines for returned merchandise noted above (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging, etc.).
Once we approve your refund, we will credit the original method of payment within 2 business days. Refunds will include the amount paid, including taxes if applicable. The $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (If applicable).
We will notify you if we determine that your return is not eligible for a refund. This will occur when the return does not meet the guidelines for returns stated within this policy. If it is found that your items does not meet our returns policy listed above, they will be returned to you promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the above time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
